What is Allure Beauty Box?

Subscribers will receive 4 to 5 deluxe-sized samples based on editor suggestions. Included will be an exclusive Allure mini-mag filled with tips and beauty news.

If you love to try new products, some you have been dying to get your hands on to see if it is worth buying into the full-size than this box has a pretty good assortment. For me, the experience of being able to try before I buy is one of the best perks, not to mention the occasional surprise Full Size find!

Let’s check out what came in September’s Box:
Are you seeing what I see? Amazing box this month!!  When you receive your Sample Society Box you will find an Allure mini-mag, which not only is filled with each items description but their uses! I believe this to be one of the most useful tool included in any subscription service. Why? Sometimes samples do not have packaging or the packaging lacks the instructions, which diminishes the allure of the product since you do not know how to use it unless you search the web for answers! The Allure beauty mag is one of the best offered, since it includes readers & curator opinions and each product is tested by the curators.
kaplanMD Cellular Rejuvenating Concentrate (0.10 fl.oz) $17 & Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker XXL Pillow Plump Plumping Lip Gloss, Chocolate Orange, Pinkwell, (0.13 oz) $5.52

The Kaplan MD serum is some potent stuff! I tried it this morning and I was able to see a dew like complexion just with a drop! No wonder this stuff is so expensive!

The Soap & Glory gloss looks pink but is almost clear and numbs the lips a bit… As for plumping I did not notice anything spectacular, but the effects (what I did find was that the high gloss application lasted) did stay on a while.

I am starting to grow a deep love for Pixi products! Not only are they easily accessible at any Target store, but they are reasonably priced and made of a good quality!

As for the Erno Laszlo Blue ‘Firmarine’ Face Bar this particular product seems to frequent this box, which for the price of the full size I don’t seem to mind that much. The bar works extremely well and smells divine!

I tried the Jane Iredale primer this morning and so far have no complaints. The best part on the reviews that I have read so far is that this primer helps minimize oil! So excited!
Tangle Teezer The Original Detangling Brush, Blueberry Pop FULL SIZE $14.99  ALTERNA ‘Caviar’ Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisture Milk (0.85 fl oz) $2.94

I so could not wait to get a new Tangle Teezer brush! and this one is Baby blue with a pink center! So adorable and the price pays for the box!

I am a Alterna fan for life! I love how the products do not produce excess build up, leaves my coarse curls/heat treated hair smooth, and makes my hair smell so fresh for days!

The best thing to find in a subscription box, is finding that the subscription service included a sample of something you wanted to try (try b4 you buy). If you love to try new products, some you have been dying to get your hands on to see if it is worth buying into the full-size than this box has a pretty good assortment. For me, the experience of being able to try before I buy is one of the best perks, not to mention the occasional surprise find! I can’t wait to see how the curation will change when it’s just Allure making curation choices!
