What is Beauty DNA?
Beauty DNA is a monthly beauty subscription service tailored to finding remedies to your very specific beauty preferences; whether, in the categories of: skincare, hair, or body. Upon sign-up, subscribers are able to take a survey which tailors your beauty experience according to your individual preferences. Each month Beauty DNA, sends you one full sized beauty item based on your preference match.
I took advantage of the RueLaLa special ($59 –normally $100 — for a 4 month subscription) they offered for this subscription (expired). For my personalized product this month I received this Argan Oil from Olie Biologique! The Oil is pretty costly and it’s because it’s 100% USDA Certified Organic Argan Oil. It retails for $42 but I found it on Amazon for the price shown above.

For those of you not familiar with Argan Oil this stuff is great! It works to soften just about anything… This particular formula is pure so you can use it on your hair, nails/cuticles, face and body. The only problem with having naturally curly hair is that if it’s soften too much you wake up with some serious bed head in the morning (frizzy)! However, since it is light it can be reapplied with a little heat to minimize the dreaded morning hair!
All-in-all, I paid $59 (normally $100) for a 4 month subscription through the special offer through RueLaLa (expired offer). Since the prior boxes value paid for the whole 4 month subscription, This box at a total of $32 is just icing on the cake (does not include what I would have been charged for tax and shipping)! Needless to say, I am a growing fan of this subscription, because clearly this is a product I would never have tried and the value is ever present!
